Welcome to my Portfolio!
About Me
I grew up near Tampa, Florida and began my professional journey by joining the United States Air Force in 2005. As an Aviation Resource Manager (1C072), I served both overseas and stateside, gaining invaluable experience and leadership skills. My time in the military opened doors to unique opportunities and broadened my global perspective. In 2015, I separated from the Air Force to pursue higher education while living abroad due to my husband's relocation assignment. Though transitioning from military to civilian life has brought its share of challenges, I remain committed and excited to contribute meaningfully to the public health sector.

My passion for public health was sparked during an undergraduate microbiology course where I was introduced to epidemiology. From that moment, I developed a strong interest in preventative care and population health. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Health Promotion, then continued my education at the University of West Florida, where I completed a Master of Public Health in the Global Health Program in May 2025.

I am especially passionate about improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations both in the United States and globally, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. I am currently seeking opportunities to contribute to public health initiatives through outreach programs, research, and community-based solutions that enhance the quality of life for individuals and communities.

On this website I have included a list of completed MPH courses, a selection of submitted course work, and on this website.
